Rapid diagnostics HbA1c - HPLC systems:-
The LD-500 HbA1c analyzer is intended for the percent determination of hemoglobin A1c in human whole blood using HPLC method.
Hemoglobin A1c is tested for diabetes control and treatment assessment.
The blood samples are automatically diluted on the analyzer and injected into the micro-column installed inside.
The analyzer delivers a programmed buffer gradient of increasing ionic strength to the micro-column, where the hemoglobins are separated based on their ionic interactions with the resin material in the micro-column.
The separated hemoglobina then pass through the flow cell of the filter photometer, where changes in the absorbance at 415 nm are measured.
