Laboratory Usage

We are the Leading Supplier of Abbe Refractometer Rajdhani. In the Abbe'' refractometer the liquid sample is sandwiched into a thin layer between an illuminating prism and a refracting prism. The refracting prism is made of a glass with a high refractive index (e.g., 1.75) and the refractometer is designed to be used with samples having a refractive index smaller than that of the refracting prism. A light source is projected through the illuminating prism, the bottom surface of which is ground (i.e., roughened like a ground-glass joint), so each point on this surface can be thought of as generating light rays traveling in all directions. A detector placed on the back side of the refracting prism would show a light and a dark region. Over a century after Abbe''s work, the usefulness and precision of refractometers has improved, although their principle of operation has changed very little. They are also possibly the easiest device to use for measuring the refractive index of solid samples, such as glass, plastics, and polymer films. Some modern Abbe refractometers use a digital display for measurement, eliminating the need for discerning between small graduations. However, the user still has to adjust the view to get a final reading. The first truly digital laboratory refractometers began appearing in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and no longer depended on the user''s eye to determine the reading. They still required the use of circulating water baths to control instrument and fluid temperature. They did, however, have the ability to electronically compensate for the temperature differences of many fluids where there is a known concentration-to-refractive-index conversion. Most digital laboratory refractometers, while much more accurate and versatile than their analog Abbe counterparts, are incapable of readings on solid samples. In the late 1990s, Abbe refractometers became available with the capability of measurements at wavelengths other than the standard 589 nanometers. These instruments use special filters to reach the desired wavelength, and can extend measurements well into the near infrared (though a special viewer is required to see the infrared rays). Multi-wavelength Abbe refractometers can be used to easily determine a sample''s Abbe number.

Urinalysis Analyzer

Palm-sized, fitting easily into a doctor's bag or uniform pocket. The printer can be separated from the "PocketChem" analyzer, leaving it with a weight of just 180g. Corrective features for obtaining accurate test results Accurate readings can be obtained by eliminating the effects of chromaturia using the color correction test pad, by compensating measurements for the temperature of the surrounding environment using a built-in temperature sensor and by correcting specific gravity based on pH readings. Palm-sized analyzer driven by two batteries The analyzer is detachable from the printer. The analyzer is really portable and mobile. Simple operation. Just press the start button Measurement is performed by simply pressing the start button and placing a test strip. Test results can be simultaneously viewed on the display and printed out from the printer. Reliable test results with Creatinine correction Even with the use of spot urine, test results are reliable and are not affected by urine dilutions or concentrations. FreeStyle Libre Pro Sensor Small and discreet The FreeStyle Libre Pro sensor is applied on the back of the upper arm. The sensor is water resistant1. Very thin filament Filament is <0.4 mm thick and inserted 5 mm beneath the skin surface to measure glucose levels. Up to 14 days of data Automatically records glucose level every 15 minutes to provide more insightful patterns. Data is blinded from the patient No patient interaction with the sensor is required — designed to integrate with patients' daily lives. FreeStyle Libre Pro Reader The reader stays in the clinic No need to worry about patients losing or damaging components. One reader device starts multiple patients Multiple patients per reader minimizes waiting time and scheduling issues. Lower costs for the clinic The need for only one reader device can help lower your clinic expenses. FreeStyle Libre Pro is an innovative sensor-based ‘Flash Glucose Monitoring’ device that captures glucose readings every 15 minutes for up to 14 days, and gives complete glucose profile report in the form of 'Ambulatory Glucose Profile'. Daily Patterns with Ambulatory Glucose Profile AGP offers a standardized visualization of glucose data that is reliable, predictive, and actionable. The glucose data, generated by Flash Glucose Monitoring over several days or weeks, are collapsed into a single 24-hour period, creating a view of a modal day. This view reveals underlying patterns in glucose variability to a greater extent than using HbA1c by itself. AGP allows healthcare professionals to more effectively visualize and utilize glucose data in the clinical management of diabetes. AGP identifies areas of hyperglycemia, hypoglycemia and glucose variability. Daily Glucose Summary With ‘Daily Glucose Summary’ report, it is easier to know patient’s ‘Time in Target’ Product Specification Model Name/Number Freestyle Libre Pro Averages 14 Days Result Time 3 sec Display LCD Memory Capacity 500 test results Power Supply 1 battery (type CR2032) Sample Type Peripheral Capillary Whole Blood/Venous Whole Blood Weight 45g Including Battery Hematocrit Range 50% Minimum Order Quantity 5 Piece

TEST PRINCIPLE: ELECTROANALYTICALAMPEROMETRY When blood is added to the Xpress Gluco test strip, the chemicals within the strip react with the blood to create a tiny electrical current. Your meter will read that current and display you the blood glucose level. • Accurex test strips make the testing experience better. • Longer shelf life and clearly marked expiry date. • Designed for self testing for both professional and home use. • Accurate results in just 5 seconds. • Works only with Accurex Glucometer. • Uses only 0.5uL blood sample size • Alternate site testing possible • No-coding required • Compatible with Accurex glucometers only CHEMICAL COMPOSITION: Each Xpress Gluco test strip contains: • Enzyme Glucose Oxidase (Aspergillus Sp.) ≥ 1IU • Other ingredients (Mediator, Surfactant, Stabilizing agents etc.) ≥ 200μg • Xpress Gluco Test Strips are used to measure glucose in Capillary whole blood outside of the body (in vitro diagnostic use). • Use Xpress Gluco Test Strips only with the Xpress Gluco Blood Glucose Test System. • Xpress Gluco Test Strips are plasma calibrated to allow easy comparison of results with laboratory methods. • This system is not intended for use in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. • This system is not recommended for Neonates Blood samples. Result interpretation: • Xpress Gluco Meter delivers plasma equivalent results and are displayed in mg/dL. • The measurement range of the meter is 20-800mg/dL. • Your blood glucose values will vary due to such things as diet, time of day and what you are doing. Your healthcare professional will help you to understand these variations. You should set your own range of expected blood glucose values, testing times, and discuss your blood glucose results with your healthcare professional. • When blood is added to the Xpress Gluco test strip, the chemicals within the strip react with the blood to create a tiny electrical current. • Your meter will read that current and display you the blood glucose level. • Use fresh whole blood sample only. • Sample size: 0.5uL • Analysis time: 5 seconds • System Measurement Range: 20-800 mg/dL • Hemocrit Range: 25-55 % UNEXPECTED RESULTS: Very high or very low blood glucose readings can indicate a serious medical condition. Repeat the test if you see an unusual reading. If these results are still unusual, or do not match your symptoms, contact your health care professional for advice. Hi or Low readings may indicate hyper or hypoglycemia and should be treated immediately. ABOUT ALTERNATIVE SITE TESTING: Test can be done on alternative site (other than fingertip). However, there are limitations. Please consult your physician before perfoming AST.
